Covid 19 Precautions

Welcome to Savannah Master Association, Inc.  The entire association is comprised of 386 Single Family Homes that were originally build in the 90’s.  The community is fully built out.  The Savannah Master Association property is located off of HWY 52 and  Weld County Road 15 in Frederick, CO.

BILLINGS: The 2020 Assessments are $98 per calendar quarter.  Assessments statements will be mailed approximately 15 days prior to the due date of the assessment.  Assessments are due the 1st of the month each calendar quarter, and are considered late if not received by the 10th of the month.  Any account with a balance due as of the 10th of the month will be assessed late fees in accordance with the Collection Policy of the Association.

*****As a general courtesy when attending a Remote Meeting, find a location that is well lit, is free of background noise, has a “bland” backdrop, and try to refrain from an excessive amount of movement when on camera. If possible, please mute your mic when you are not speaking, to reduce the noise on the call. When speaking, announce yourself, by name and address so that everyone knows who is speaking, and try to not talk-over others.

Regular monthly Board Meetings are open to all residents of the community.  Homeowner Open Forum is held at the beginning of each Board Meeting for homeowners to ask questions and share concerns and ideas with the Board during open forum. You  must wear a mask and follow social distancing while this is a state mandate.

When Regular Board Meetings for Savannah Association resume in person, they are held on the 3rd Thursday of every other month at 6:00 pm, Location to be determined.
